Lincoln Park PAWS Hosting 'Clear The Shelter' Adoption Event

On Saturday, Aug. 18, fees will be waved for dogs over 7 months old and cats over 1 year old.

CHICAGO — PAWS Chicago is holding a Clear the Shelter event at its Lincoln Park and North Shore Adoption Centers this Saturday, Aug. 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fees will be waved for dogs over 7 months old and cats over 1 year old (a standard training deposit of $100 for all dogs still applies).

To adopt, you must be 21 years old, have all family members (dogs included!) present and bring a lease if you rent. All those hoping to adopt will be required to fill out the PAWS adoption survey.
