Luxury Condos To Go Up In Old 7-Eleven Spot In Lincoln Park
Ten residences will be up for sale at the northwest corner of Lincoln and Schubert.
CHICAGO — A new condominium development will replace the former 7-Eleven store at 2706 N. Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Park. Helmed by Environs Development, the new project, dubbed Schubert Pointe, will include ten residences, an elevator and a communal rooftop deck. Each unit will include two garages.
One of the new 1,665-square-foot residences has already been posted for sale for $1 million. The condo includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a 500 square-foot terrace.
The new development is going up just steps from a 36-unit condo proposal at 2670 N. Lincoln Avenue, which was rejected by Ald. Michele Smith (43rd).
