Man Shot While Driving In Old Town

CHICAGO — A 28-year-old man was shot while driving on the North Side Thursday morning, police said. Several shots were fired in the 400 block of West North Avenue at about 12:14 a.m. in the Old Town neighborhood, according to police.

One of the bullets grazed the man's abdomen, and bullet holes were seen in his car, police said. The man declined hospital treatment.

Few details about the nature of the shooting have been released, and it's unclear whether it was targeted.

No one was in custody. Area North detectives were investigating.
