New Summer Cocktails at The J. Parker

The J. Parker has recently launched a summer cocktail menu, featuring an array of refreshing libations named after 19th century slang. Created by Beverage Director Emily Neff, the drinks play off Hotel Lincoln's historical figures, from Abe Lincoln and James Parker to David Kennison.

The new menu offers nine boozy beverages, including two frozen drinks, perfect for summer sipping ($14 each). In addition, the rooftop restaurant and lounge has undergone a complete “refresh” this season with updated furniture and décor elements, including the addition of a custom 24’ x 8’ mural designed by Chicago artist David Bozic.

The J. Parker features spectacular and unobstructed 180 degree views of the skyline, Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. The retractable roof makes for an all climate, dining and drink destination.

The rooftop is open Monday-Thursday, 5 p.m.-11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m.-Midnight; and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Breakfast is served in the skies, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
