Office Building Planned For Vacant Lot on Chicago River
Sterling Bay plans a 79-foot building in Lincoln Park to help meet their transportation needs.

CHICAGO, IL - A 200,000 square foot office building is planned along the Chicago River in Lincoln Park.
Sterling Bay will build the new development, a 79-foot tall building to suit their transportation needs at the former site of the Gutmann Leather Tannery, according to Curbed Chicago.
Included will be several parking spaces for cars and bicycles. A riverfront terrace and 25,000 square foot green roof will also be included.
