Parachute Pop-Up Opening In Lincoln Park

CHICAGO — With holiday gift purchases in mind, the Parachute brand is opening a pop-up store on Chicago's North Side, which will be run from Nov. 20 to Jan. 7. The bedding, bath and homewares store will open in a 1,800-square foot-space at 837 W Armitage Avenue near Halsted in Lincoln Park.

The store has partnered with the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign to send malaria-prevention bed nets to those in need. For every Venice bedding set sold, the store donates one bed net. Parachute has donated more than 30,000 nets so far.

From Black Friday to Cyber Monday, shoppers at the Lincoln Park pop-up can receive 20 percent off everything in the store (furniture excluded). On Dec. 15, the pop-up is offering complimentary in-store monogramming with a purchase, along with small bites and drinks.
