If you had eyes on making an offer on the swank Lincoln Park digs of Chicago Bulls forward Joakim Noah, you’re too late.

The two-time NBA All-Star’s 712 W. Schubert Ave. crib was sold last week for $2.875 million, according to a Curbed Chicago report. While Noah didn’t get his $3.15 million asking price, he still netted a tidy $25,000 return on this short-term investment, the report stated. (Noah bought the stylish house for $2.85 million last year.) And that $25,000 should be enough to cover his annual budget for hair scrunchies. Keeping that top bun tight and right doesn’t come cheap.

So what did you miss out on by being too slow to pull the trigger on buying Stately Joakim Manor? Here are a few of its features of this 7,500-square-foot home, according to its listing on Zillow:

  • a master suite with a private deck and a marble bathroom with a steam shower and soaking tub
  • a guest suite with a wet bar and access to the roof deck
  • high-end kitchen with marble countertops, Sub-Zero fridge, Thermador range, double ovens and a warming drawer
  • an exercise room and attached two-car garage

And don’t worry, Bulls fans, this isn’t a sign that Noah wants to play for a new team to go along with a new house. It’s believed that he plans to move closer to the team’s training center near the United Center, Curbed Chicago reported.
