Alderman Sponsors Free Immunization Day
Children 18 and under can snag a free shot before the Chicago Public Schools deadline in October.

Don't get stuck twice with both the pain and cost of immunizations this year.
Ward 40 Ald. O'Connor is hosing a free immunization day Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at his office, 5850 N. Lincoln Ave. Both the Chicago Department of Public Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield are teaming with the alderman to make the event possible.
The partnership comes about one month before the Chicago Public Schools deadline for up-to-date immunization Oct. 15.
