Apartments Near Mariano's Scheduled for May Move-In
The Ravenswood Terrace development includes 150 rental apartments at Lawrence and Ravenswood avenues.

Developers predict a May 2014 opening for 150 new apartments north of a newly-constructed Mariano's Fresh Market.
Situated at Ravenswood and Lawrence avenues, the Ravenswood Terrace development consists of five buildings with one and two-bed room rental units.
The project is a new type of venture for the Belgravia Group, a company that typically specializes in condos and apartment renovations.

With the apartments' proximity to a Metra station and the CTA Brown Line, CEO Alan Lev predicts high demand for the units.
Prices will start at $1,400 for a one bedroom apartment, and $1,800 for a two-bedroom unit.
Developers compare that pricing to that of River North, which average $2,400 and $2,800 for one and two bedroom rentals.
