New Homes, More Events Makes Chase Park 'Cornerstone of Neighborhood'
With more than 20 new homes coming to the Ravenswood and Andersonville area, the park is upping its community presence.
As the neighborhood expands, Chase Park is becoming a bigger part of that community with more events for children and teens, officials say.
The park has increased its programs and amenities in the last few years with the formation of an advisory council and new supervisor Katie Fearon-Peon.

One of the reasons is because of the uptick in development, including new houses just east of the park.
CMK Realty is building 23 rowhouse-style homes at 4846 N. Clark St., YoChicago reports. Pricing will start at $420,000 and buildings includes a two-car garage and private yards.
