Chicago Students Spend Spring Break Aiding Puerto Rico

A group of kids from Storehouse Church in Portage Park are in Puerto Rico helping to rebuild for their spring vacation.

CHICAGO (CBS) — For most students, spring break means cool trips and new adventures, but for a group of Chicago kids, it means hard work and long hours on the island of Puerto Rico.

As CBS 2’s Mai Martinez reports, six months after hurricane Maria, much of the island and its people are still recovering from the storm.
