Former CPS CEO Sells Home in Lincoln Square
Ron Huberman had to lower the price on the fairly new home, but still got more than $1 million for it.
CHICAGO, IL - Former Chicago Public Schools CEO Ron Huberman, who is also the past president of the CTA, sold his five-bedroom home in Lincoln Square recently, according to Chicago Tribune Elite Street reports.
Huberman and partner Darren DeJong made the deal for $1.1875 million, having originally listed it for $1.367 million in November.
The home has three fireplaces, cherry doors, hardwood floors, a butler’s pantry and surround sound throughout.
