Mulligan Stew Performs at Block Party
Get groovy with your neighbors at this annual party, hosted by the Greater Rockwell Organization.
Camp out on Leland between Rockwell and Campbell from 2 to 8 p.m. and listen to Mulligan Stew at 3:30. A kids' only piñata and hamburgers will also be provided.

Learn new things while listening to music! Lincoln Square's smartest store is hosting a free concert Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the store, 4745 N. Lincoln Ave. Think Schoolhouse Rock, only cooler. Take a sample listen.
Lincoln Square Summer Concert Series
This week, Check with Lucy takes the stage at Giddings Plaza. There's only two free concerts left in the summer, so get your beer and brats in while you still can! Showtime starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Fall Cleaning Paper-Shredding Event
Don't wait until spring! Get ahead on ridding yourself of those extra papers lying around. Rep. Ann Williams (D-11) is hosting the free event at Saint Luke Church, 1500 W. Belmont Ave. Shredders will be available rom 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
