Lincoln Square Market Trends for December 2016

Lincoln Square home sales for the month of December rose in volume by 7.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 32.4% from $277,500 to $367,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 50%, while the median sale price rose by 13.7% from $712,500 to $810,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 5%, while the median sale price rose by 11.9% from $231,500 to $259,000.
