Lincoln Square Market Trends for November 2016

Lincoln Square home sales for the month of November stayed the same in volume when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 5.3% from $340,000 to $322,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 25%, while the median sale price decreased by 10.9% from $838,500 to $747,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 5.9%, while the median sale price decreased by 17.5% from $317,500 to $262,000.
