Lincoln Square Market Trends for October 2016

Lincoln Square home sales for the month of October rose in volume by 16.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 4.2% from $325,000 to $311,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 12.5%, while the median sale price rose by 3.4% from $730,000 to $755,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 26.1%, while the median sale price rose by 16.7% from $240,000 to $280,000.
