Lincoln Square Summer Concert Series: The Friends Band Finale
The neighborhood's popular free summer series wraps up this Thursday evening at Giddings Plaza. This week's band plays a variety of genres.
CHICAGO, IL — Jazz, blues, rock, funk, folk, pop and Latin bands have been entertaining the masses at Giddings Plaza in Lincoln Square this summer. The annual free Summer Concert Series has been held every Thursday evening throughout the summer, weather permitting.
The series will wrap up this Thursday, Aug. 30, with a performance by The Friends Band from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
