Lincoln Square Summer Concert Series Schedule, Details

CHICAGO, IL — Jazz, blues, rock, funk, folk, pop and Latin bands will be entertaining the masses at Giddings Plaza in Lincoln Square throughout the summer. The annual free Summer Concert Series will be held every Thursday evening from June 7 to Aug. 30, weather permitting. The performances will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Here is the 2018 Summer Concert Series schedule:

• June 7 - The Flat Cats, Jazz & Blues, Timeless Standards
• June 14 - Wes John Cichosz, Acoustic, Progressive Rock
• June 21 - The North 41, Rock, Funk, Pop
• June 28 - Jonas Friddle, Americana
• July 5 - Ukelele Barrett Band, Swing, Rock, and Tropical Music from around the world
• July 12 - The High-Hat Second Line, New Orleans-Style Jazz
• July 19 - Tijuana Hercules, Swampy Blues
• July 26 - Coyote Riot, Old Folk and Country/Bluegrass String Sounds
• Aug. 2 - The StingRays, 50s, 60s, 70s Rock n Roll
• Aug. 9 - Los Perros Cubanos, Latin Dance, Cubano Fusion
• Aug. 16 - The Stingers, Rock, Soul, Funk, Disco, and R&B
• Aug. 23 - Tautologic, Progressive Pop/Rock
• Aug. 30 - The Friends Band, Variety of Genres
