CHICAGO — A man has been reported missing from the Lincoln Square neighborhood, police said in a community alert. Juan Hernandez, 28, is missing from the 2600 block of West Farragut, according to the alert.
Police said he could be suffering from depression, and his case is considered "high risk." According to the community alert, he may be suicidal.
Hernandez is 5-foot-2 and was last seen wearing glasses, a black jacket, blue jeans and black shoes, police said.
