New Art Exhibit Premieres in Lincoln Square

A new art exhibit opens in Lincoln Square Saturday and can be seen in the .

New Works, Beer & Wine will feature nine artists from Chicago and the Midwest focusing on vast colors in different mediums, according to a news release.

One of those artists is Iowa-based Chris Vance, who expresses daily events through painting canvasses.

The exhibit is the third to premiere at Moberg Gallery’s The Space, which opened at 2707 W. Lawrence Ave. in January. It’s open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 7 p.m. or by appointment.

An opening reception is planned Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m.
