Registration Extended For Circus Arts Camp At Chase Park
Camp organizers are also offering scholarships so that cost doesn't hold kids back from attending.
CHICAGO, IL — The number of available spots for the Circus Arts Summer Camp 2018 have been extended, the Chase Park Advisory Council announced. Registration opened April 24 for the popular camp, which runs from June 20 to August 10. The camp's hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the council said.
Children who participate in the entire program are 'guaranteed' to perform in the Chase Park circus shows, the council said.
The Chase Park field house becomes a circus tent during the camp. The camp is open to children ages 6 to 12, and the cost is $226/week or $1,208 for a seven-week package. The camp is also offering some scholarships to children.
