The event on Chicago's North Side features many talented local independent vendors.

CHICAGO, IL — More than 100 independent vendors will be selling their creations May 4 to 6 in Ravenswood. The Show of Hands Spring Show will be held at the large Artifact Events space at 4325 N Ravenswood Avenue. The 80,000-square-foot space is located at the intersection of Chicago's North Center, Lincoln Square and Ravenswood neighborhoods.

Show of Hands organizers said they created the event to be "more than just another craft show," but rather a "commitment to independent design."

Tickets are now on sale for the show's preview event, which includes complimentary brews from Begyle Brewing and cocktails from Jo Snow Syrups and KOVAL Distillery.
