Police said the shooting was caught on surveillance video, which shows several people sitting in a media room watching a big-screen television. "Without apparent provocation," McMullan stood up, drew a handgun and shot Rieves in the back of the head, according to a police report.
The video then shows McMullan fire several rounds at Graham and Bullock before fatally shooting herself in the head. In an update on Facebook, Lisle Police say McMullan fired a total of seven shots, including the one that took her life.
Kelly said Rieves died at a nearby hospital.
Graham and Bullock are in stable condition at area hospitals, surrounded by their loved ones, according to state police.
What We Know About Lisa V. McMullan

According to Lisle Police, Lisa V. McMullan had no criminal history and no contacts with the Lisle Police Department prior to Friday night's shooting.
McMullan and Rieves were known to be at the Humidor at the same time, but police say it is not yet clear if they were "more than just acquaintances."
In a post on Facebook, Lisle police said McMullan possessed a valid Illinois Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card and Conceal and Carry License (CCL).
In the Aftermath of The Shooting
"We asked that you please keep all these officers and their loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this very painful moment," Kelly said. "The Illinois State Police family have heavy hearts this morning."
According to Kelly, Rieves had been retired for about a year and was "well loved by all those who knew him."
Bullock and Graham remain in serious but stable condition at a local hospital, police said. Police are waiting until Jan. 27 to interview these two victims "to allow them to recover and rest up from their surgeries." After that, police say they will speak to the Bullock and Graham to try to establish a connection between them and McMullan.
Several area police departments assisted Lisle police in responding to the shooting, including DuPage MERIT Major Crimes and Crime Scene Investigation, as well as the DuPage County State's Attorney's office and DuPage Coroner's office.
Statements About the Shooting
In the aftermath of the shooting Lisle Police Chief Ron Wilke said,
"The quick thinking, decisive action by Lisle PD Officers and all responding personnel in this case is to be commended. They acted without regard for their own safety, and entered a chaotic and dangerous scene, not knowing what they were going to encounter. Their courage and effort are to be applauded! Our hearts are heavy for the loss and injuries to our ISP colleagues and they remain in our thoughts as we conduct this investigation."
Lisle Village Trustee Sara Sadat, who had just landed in Italy when she heard the news of the shooting, said,
"It hurts my heart to have to address this act of senseless violence, my husband and I are regulars at that lounge. Though I may be a world away physically, my heart and thoughts are in Lisle with the families of the victims of this senseless crime. This has been a very tough few years for the state police, and I stand with the entire law enforcement community as they grieve one of their own. I stand with you, Lisle stands with you."
