Electronics Recycling Event Set For March 20 In Lisle
All Dupage County residents may recycle TVs, cloth, fabric and more.
Due to the ongoing pandemic and in accordance with Illinois Department of Public Health and DuPage County Health Department guidelines, Lisle’s annual Sustainable Saturday recycling event scheduled for March 20, 2021 has been postponed until next year.
In lieu of the traditional Sustainable Saturday event, the Village will host an electronics recycling event on Saturday, March 20th, in the Commuter Parking Lot just west of Village Hall on Burlington Avenue from 8:00 a.m. to noon. CRTs, flat screen and projection TVs will be accepted for a small fee ($25/$35) depending on size. Appliances of any type or size are not accepted. Cloth or fabric will also be accepted during the event for recycling. This event is open to all residents of DuPage County.
