Future NBA Draft Pick Frank "The Tank" Kaminsky Chooses Former Bolingbrook High School Standout Lamont White for Speed Training 2 Weeks Before the Big Day.

Benet Academy and University of Wisconsin Basketball Standout Frank "The Tank" Kaminsky turns to Lamont White for speed training.

Lisle, Il. (Four Lakes Ski Hill)

Roughly 2 weeks from now, Frank Kaminsky’s life will be very different than it is now. Anyone who follows college basketball knows who this young man is. The true definition of a local product, he excelled at Benet Academy in Lisle. He was an overachiever at the University of Wisconsin. He led his team to the National Championship game in 2015. Now, he’s a projected 1st round NBA draft pick.

So with his whole life on a platter and a guaranteed multi-million dollar payday awaiting him, you would think Frank would be someone on a beach right? Wrong. Frank is back home in Lisle working on his speed and endurance training with former Bolingbrook High School and University of Nebraska running back Lamont White. Lamont is the owner of Word of Mouth Speed Training. (lamontwhite32@yahoo.com)

Lamont and Frank met by chance a couple of years ago. After some conversation, Frank decided to take Lamont up on his offer to attend a speed training session of his. Given Frank’s busy (and soon to be exponentially busier) schedule, he still likes to utilize Lamont’s speed training expertise when he has the opportunity.

Lamont is no stranger to working with a host of local talent that has gone on to the next level. His clients have ranged from Pro Volleyball Players to NFL athletes. Some local names you may recognize are Bolingbrook High School Alum and basketball player Ariel Massengale (University of Tennessee), Bolingbrook High School alum football player Antonio Morrison (University of Florida) and Bolingbrook High School alum and (University of Wyoming) football player Omar Stover just to name a few.
