Greenleaf Foods To Set Up Shop In Lisle

The plant-based company will set up an innovation center that includes a test kitchen, pilot plant and office space in Lisle.

LISLE, IL — Greenleaf Foods, SPC is coming to Lisle. The plant-based business recently signed a lease for a space at 2200 Cabot Drive in Lisle to house an innovation center that includes a test kitchen, pilot plant and office spaces.

Greenleaf Foods, which produces Field Roast Grain Meat Co. and Lightlife Foods, and is a subsidiary of Maple Leaf Foods, and will occupy a 23,000 square foot space in the building in the village's corporate corridor. The recently renovated 2200 Cabot Drive includes 131,000 square feet of office space, a lobby, conference rooms and other amenities.

Lisle Mayor Christopher Pecak said in a statement, "Lisle’s corporate corridor is experiencing a resurgence with the addition of Greenleaf Foods as the latest example of companies recognizing the opportunities and benefits of Lisle’s corporate corridor. Greenleaf joins technology companies AST and Remprex and the life science software company Anju as newer tenants in the corridor. Together, these Lisle-companies are providing innovations for the economy of tomorrow."
