Lisle To Offer Christmas Tree Recycling
The village will offer curbside pickup of live Christmas trees in early January.

LISLE, IL — The village of Lisle has partnered with Lakeshore Recycling Systems to offer recycling of live Christmas trees Jan. 6 and Jan. 13th.
Residents who have curbside trash collection can leave their trees out to be picked up for recycling. Ornaments, garland, lights and other decorations must be removed before the tree is placed on the curb.
Flocked trees, plastic trees, wire trees and trees with bulbs, lights or tinsel will not be collected. Residents can also recycle burnt out or broken holiday lights through Jan. 29 by dropping them off at village hall Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
