Sea Lion Aquatic Park To Reopen For 2021 Season In Lisle

Limited features will be open at the aquatic park and advance reservations are required to secure a spot in one of the park's pools.

LISLE, IL — This summer, parents can take their kids to beat the heat at Lisle's Sea Lion Aquatic Park, which opens June 5 for the 2021 season. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, some park attractions will remain closed, and reservations will be required to use the park's pools.

Guests can enjoy the following attractions at Sea Lion Aquatic Park during the 2021 season:

  • Main zero-depth pool
  • Vortex pool
  • Lap pool
  • Splash playground
  • Tot pool
  • Sand play area

A reservation for the main pool gives guests access to the vortex pool, lap pool and splash playground. Reserving a spot for the tot pool also grants visitors access to the park's sand play area.

Main pool capacity is 100 people, whereas tot pool capacity is 60 people. Residents can reserve a pool time two weeks in advance, and non-residents can reserve a spot one week in advance. Click the link to register for a pool time.

  • Flume slides
  • Drop slides
  • Deep hopper pool with snake feature
  • Leisure pool with waterfall
  • Hot tub spa
  • Concession stand

To help prevent the spread of coronavirus, guests must practice social distancing at Sea Lion Aquatic Park while entering and leaving the park, in locker rooms, on the pool deck and in the pools. Masks are required as of May 24, but guests do not have to wear masks in the water or when they are on the pool deck with their group, according to the Lisle Park District website.
