SEASPAR Presents 15th Annual Golf Classic Fundraiser

Golfers are invited to the Village Greens of Woodridge on Sept. 11 for a golf tournament to benefit SEASPAR's recreational services.

The Southeast Association for Special Parks and Recreation (SEASPAR) is hosting its 15th annual Golf Classic fundraiser Sept 11.

The golf outing will take place at the Village Greens of Woodridge. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with a 12:30 p.m. start time.

The format is a four-person team scramble. Individuals not in a foursome will be paired. Each player receives a box lunch, giveaways, and complimentary range and putting green use. An awards ceremony, buffet dinner, and raffle follow the tournament.

Tickets for the golf outing are $150 per person. Tickets for the dinner only are available for $50 per person. Preferred registration ends Monday, September 7. Organizations and individuals are also invited to sponsor the golf outing. Sponsorship opportunities are available for dollar amounts from $50 to $1,250.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic will be used to support SEASPAR’s recreational programs and services for individuals with disabilities served by the park districts of Woodridge, Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, La Grange, La Grange Park, Lemont, Lisle, and Westmont, and the villages of Brookfield, Indian Head Park, and Western Springs.

The Village Greens of Woodridge is an 18-hole championship golf course in a picturesque setting, located at 1575 West 75th Street in Woodridge.
