LISLE, IL — There is no shortage of pumpkin patches this time of year, but Lisle's Morton Arboretum has one that's a little different than the rest. More than 6,000 handmade glass gourds glitter in the Arboretum's Glass Pumpkin Patch, which is open from Oct. 9 through Oct. 13 with regular admission.

Visitors can walk through the pumpkin patch to admire the glass pumpkins, which come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. In addition to pumpkins, you'll find other fall-inspired creations in the patch.

On select days, you can see the artists hard at work blowing glass to create new festive pumpkins. The one-of-a-kind glass pumpkins will be available for purchase Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
