2 New Manhattan Police Officers Sworn In
Kaitlyn Ray and Joseph Williams have joined the local police department.
MANHATTAN, IL -- The Manhattan Police Department has two new officers. The officers, Kaitlyn Ray and Joseph Williams, were sworn in at a village board meeting on Tuesday night. Family and friends of Ray and Williams as well as members of the police and fire commission and the Manhattan Police Department were at the meeting to show their support and celebrate the village's newest officers.
