Help identify this car thief in Joliet

A neighborhood in Joliet needs your help catching a car thief that has not been caught and is still lurking around.

On February 27, 2018 at 1:49am a security camera caught this man in the photos helping himself to a total strangers car and taking some of their belongings. He stole a work bag which included a laptop in it and some tools. Since then, he has been spotted on other neighborhood security camera's and this neighborhood would really love your help identifying him so that he is stopped. The thieving is taking place near Douglas and Reed in Joliet. If you can identify the man in the photos you can contact the Joliet Police Department (815) 724-3100. Keep in mind, the photos don't show actual color. The night vision cancels out accurate color. The bag that he stole is black. This man can be any race and his clothing can be any color.
