How Did Pat Albert Fare In The 2018 Boston Marathon?

Pat Albert battled the wind and the rain to finish the 2018 Boston Marathon. And he did it in less than four hours.

BOSTON, MA — Whether you're a seasoned marathon runner in the elite group or crawling across the finish line like a turtle near the end of the day, it's no small accomplishment to complete the Boston Marathon, especially in some of the worst weather the race has seen.

On Monday, April 16, more than 29,978 runners took off from the Hopkinton start line on the 26.2-mile run to Boston.

Pat Albert, the lone runner who listed Manhattan, Illinois as his home town, posted a final time of 3 hours, 54 minutes, 48 seconds.
