The Kevin Molloy State Farm Insurance, WJOL Pigskin Preview Week Six Player of the Week award went to Minooka senior quarterback Seth Lehr who completed 9 out of 12 passes for 188 yards and rushed for another 77 yards during last week’s game. The Minooka football team’s record is a spotless 6-0.
Lehr will join his parents and coach John Belskis at the December 8, 2019, Player of The Week banquet at Gatto’s Restaurant in New Lenox sponsored by Frank Gatto. The trophies awarded at the banquet include Offensive, Defensive and Coach of The Year. Attending the banquet, will be Kevin Molloy, Hall of Fame Coach Joe Rodeghero, football recruiting guru Edgy Tim and Bill Garrigan, owner of Fully Promoted. Fully Promoted is sponsoring the trophies will join the guys at the event.
