If you walk into Kevin Molloy State Farm Agency this week there will be a well-deserved celebration going on. That is because for the second year in a row the agency was voted The Best of Will County in the Insurance category in a contest sponsored by the Joliet Herald -News that allows residents to choose their favorite businesses in a variety of categories.
Over the years, this New Lenox agency has stayed true to the business model of good old-fashioned customer service coming first and understanding the rest will take care of itself. The awards and accolades aren’t controllable but building a strong team that loves what they’re doing is, and as a result of the Molloy team using that business model, they have a repeat of 2019 of being named The Best of Will County by the Herald News in the insurance category.
“It’s been quite a year with the virus shaking things up,” Kevin Molloy commented, “So many variables had to be managed and my love of this team was first and foremost. Each team member had different needs that had to be met and person by person we worked it out and the customers didn’t know the difference. Tracy Kestel, Jenny Pajak, Kim O’Neill, Melissa Krenek, Irene Wilson and Jacob Robson, simply did what they always do.”

Molloy and his team located at 816 West Laraway Road in New Lenox are both humbled and thankful for the honor and will enjoy the award for a day or two and then roll up the sleeves and get back at it.
