New Lenox State Farm Agency Celebrates 35th Anniversary

February 1, 2020 represented the thirty-fifth anniversary for local State Farm agent Kevin Molloy. Molloy spent five years with State Farm learning the business as an auto and home claim adjuster bringing him to forty years with the company.

When asked what it is after thirty-five years that keeps him so passionate about the business, Molloy stated three things. “I have the desire to be the best I can every day I walk into the office and part of being the best is surrounding yourself with the best. I feel Tracy Kestel, Jenny Pajak, Kim O’Neill, Melissa Krenek and Irene Wilson are the best. Secondly, at this stage of my career, the better we do within the business, the more we can give back to the community to those things important to us which includes veterans, senior citizens, single moms and children’s education. Finally, because I love what I do and couldn’t think of anything else I’d want to do.”

What does the future hold for Molloy and his team? Goal one would be to hit the fifty-year mark with State Farm which would be November 1, 2029 and then goal two to reach fifty years as an agent which would be February 1, 2035.
