Friendly reminder from our police department about winter parking rules in Manhattan Illinois starting December 1st!

No parking along curbed streets from December 1st to March 15th between 1am and 6am. Also there is NO PARKING after 2" of snowfall or 1"ice build up on any street. There is a minimum $75 fine.
