Cops: Man Couldn't Keep it in His Pants While Driving By Women

A Frankfort man is accused driving up to women in Mokena and Homer Glen, then asking for sex or masturbating in front of them, according to a Sun-Times Media report.

Ryan Cooper, 22, of the 22500 block of Merritton Road, was charged with public indecency connected to incidents July 31, the report stated. Gooper was arrested by Orland Park police at his home after several witnesses provided authorities with a description of Cooper’s silver Dodge Avenger and the car’s license plate number, the report added.

Mokena police first received a call about Cooper’s alleged actions when a woman reported him pulling up to her while she was walking alone and asking for directions to Wolf Road, the report stated, adding that the victim screamed and fled when she noticed Cooper allegedly masturbating in the driver’s seat.

Police then received another complaint as they were taking the first woman’s report, and a third complaint came in about 10 minutes after that, the report stated. Mokena police also linked Cooper’s vehicle to a similarcomplaint the Will County Sheriff’s Office received that day from Homer Glen, the report added.
