Judge Bans Woman from Will County Board Meetings
The woman was accused of attacking the Will County Board Speaker in December.

A Will County Judge on Wednesday approved an order barring a woman known for her volatile behavior from attending future Will County Board meetings.
Will County Board Speaker Jim Moustis in December petitioned for and was granted an emergency stalking/no contact order after 79-year-old Armella Louise Frankowski allegedly punched him in the arm following a board meeting. Will County Judge Jessica Colon-Sayre Wednesday extended the order until 2019.
Frankowski was a no-show at the hearing.

The stalking/no contact order dictates that she must stay 1,000 feet away from Moustis, his home, the county building at 302 N. Chicago Street and the Frankfort Township building, where Moustis serves as Township Supervisor.
"I bet you'll have much more peaceful meetings," Judge Colon-Sayre said to Moustis after her meeting, as reported by the Chicago Tribune.

Moustis claims that Frankowski has been harassing him for years, though he has never explained why. She was charged with battery after the Dec. 15 incident, which Moustis detailed in his petition for a protective order. He said he was walking out of a board meeting when Frankowski — who was “sitting in her seated walker” in the lobby — said, “Come here Mr. Moustis. I have something for you, you son of a bitch.”
Frankowski then stood and punched Moustis in the shoulder, the petition said.
“She was aiming for my face but I tried to step away to avoid her punch,” Moustis said. “Then she said, ‘I’ll get you Mr. Moustis, you torturer you.’”
This was not the first time Frankowski, a Mokena resident, has tormented the Frankfort Republican, according to the petition. In August, Frankowski reportedly showed up to a county board meeting and said, “Mr. Moustis you are a rotten satanist.” She also said, “Get rid of that Moustis,” “Moustis is the devil,” and I’m going to get a gun,” although she couched that by explaining, “I didn’t say what kind of gun, it could have been a squirt gun or one with flowers on it,” the petition said.
In November, according to the petition, Frankowski showed up to a Republican Caucus meeting and handed county board member Ray Tuminello a plastic eyeball, then said, “Give this to Mr. Moustis and tell him I got my eye on him.”
As she left the room, Frankowski “yelled, ‘Did you get the eyeball Jim. I have my eye on you,” the petition said.
Moustis told reporters after the meeting, "I realize she has issues, so I've always kind of ignored it ... But now, I really think she could act out."
