Mokena Approves Expansion Of Street Of Dreams Dance Studio
The business currently operates in suites L and M of the building, and has now been approved to expand into the adjacent suite N.
MOKENA, IL — At its meeting on Dec. 14, the Mokena Village Board approved a special use permit ordinance amendment for Street of Dreams Dance Studio to expand its business into an adjacent space.
Dr. Ashley Ochsner and Rachelle Ochsner are co-owners of the studio, which is located at 9960 W. 191st St.
The business currently operates in suites L and M of the building, and has now been approved to expand into the adjacent suite N. Board documents state that the expansion would provide an additional 4,500 square feet of space.

The planning commission unanimously recommended board approval of the request, and the board unanimously approved the amendment as well.
