Mokena Blast 10U All-Stars Take Home Championship

Mokena 10U all-star softball team take championship

Congratulations to the Mokena Blast 10U All-Star Team on winning the Barrington All Star Tournament on July 16. The 12 girl roster went undefeated throughout the weekend tournament.

“I’m proud of the girls for their hard work, determination and great sportsmanship,” commented Dave Gath, head coach, Mokena Blast 10U All-Star Team. “Every girl on the team did an excellent job staying focused and engaged throughout the tournament. I give my amazing coaching staff credit for teaching the girls what it means to play together as a team and for challenging them to become better softball players each time we take the field.”

The 10U, part-time travel team was formed in April by Gath.
