Mokena students to participate in Regional Spelling Bee
Two students from St. Mary's and one student from Mokena 159 placed in the top three and gained three spots in the Regional Spelling Bee!
The annual Knights of Columbus spelling bee was conducted on February 7. Six great spellers from Mokena Junior High and six from St Mary School competed superbly.
The winners are:

Congratulations to three very deserving spellers!
The three winners are now eligible to compete in the Regional Spelling Bee that will be held on March 14, 2019, Registration is at 7 PM with the contests starting promptly at 7:30 PM
The location for the Regional Bee is the Lansing Knights of Columbus Hall, 17800 Lorenz Ave., Lansing, Illinois.
