NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Blitz

Blitz has a big personality, and is full of curiosity and mischief, the society said.

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's adoptable pet is Blitz, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

Blitz is a 1-year-old female, black and white, domestic short hair cat. The society said she was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Kansas where she was at risk of euthanasia.

Blitz needs an experienced owner, as she is still learning the proper way to interact with people, according to the society. She will sometimes use her paws to get your attention.
