NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Hot Chocolate

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's adoptable pet is Hot Chocolate, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

Hot Chocolate is a 4-year-old female brown tabby. The society said she is outgoing and friendly, and always greets everyone who visits her kitty tower.

Hot Chocolate also loves chin rubs, and snuggling in her kitty bed. The society said she is independent with a sassy side, and would be best with an experienced cat owner. She will sometime swat with her paws when she is overstimulated, so an adopter that can read her kitty language would be best.

Hot Chocolate loves attention, she just needs to work on her social skills a little.
