NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Payton

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's adoptable pet is Payton, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

Payton is a 4-year-old male brown tabby, who was found as a friendly stray. The society said he is a very sweet, gentle and easy-going boy.

Payton is a gentle soul who seems so appreciative of a gentle touch, and melts when pet. According to the society, he is FIV-positive, so he would need to be the only cat in a home, live with other FIV-positive cats, or possibly live with other non-aggressive cats.
