NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Spooky

MOKENA, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at NAWS Humane Society of Illinois. This week's adoptable pet is Spooky, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

Spooky is a 3-year-old male, domestic short hair cat. The society said Spooky's previous owner sadly passed away, and he is now looking for a new home.

Spooky was very nervous when he first came to NAWS, but he is now starting to trust and show his silly personality, the society said. Spooky is full of mischief and quite the character, he loves to reach out and touch everyone who walks by and tries to reach over to play with his neighbors.

The society said he also loves toys, likes to play, and likes to be pet and enjoys attention. Spooky may need a little time to adjust in a new home and would be best in a home with an experienced cat owner and no small children.
