Mokena Park District and the Fire Starters staff are teaming up to conduct this instructional soccer league for boys and girls, age 4 through grade 8. League dates are April 6–June 18, 2021. Games and practices will be at Willowview Park Soccer Fields in Mokena.
This program focuses on the basic skills for beginning and novice players. There will be seven professional training sessions with the Fire Starters staff. Team practices are led by parent volunteer coaches. Each team will play 8 games weather permitting. Divisions are: Age 4–Kindergarten, Grades 1–3, 4–6 and 7-8. Grades 1-8 will participate in a single-elimination, end-of-season tournament. Player evaluations are March 28. Program and facility information is subject to change due to covid-19 mitigation guidelines.
- Early Bird Registration Fees: Age 4-Kindergarten: $110R/$132NR; Grades 1-8: $115R/$138NR.
