Stoney Point Grill Temporarily Closed After Workers Test Positive
The restaurant will be temporarily closed so it can quarantine staff members who may have been exposed, and disinfect and sanitize.
MOKENA, IL — Stoney Point Grill in Mokena is closed until further notice after "more than one employee" tested positive for the coronavirus, the business shared on its Facebook page.
"With the safety and concern for our employees and guests being our number one priority, we feel it is important to be as transparent as possible with this matter," the business said.
The restaurant will be temporarily closed so it can quarantine staff members who may have been exposed, and disinfect and sanitize the restaurant.

"We will be updating our customers through social media and notifying our guests of the steps we are taking to ensure a safe reopening with the same amazing service you know and love," the business said.
On its Facebook page on Monday, the restaurant thanked Vitality Urgent & Primary Care for coming to the restaurant and testing staff members. The business has not said how many staff members have tested positive.

As of Monday, IDPH reports there are 393 total cases of the coronavirus in Mokena (ZIP code 60448). There are 321,892 confirmed cases in the state, and 8,997 Illinoisans have died from the coronavirus.
