Naperville Apartment Complex to be Sold for Nearly $67M
The 319-unit complex is reportedly one of the most expensive complexes in the Chicago suburbs.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Grand Reserve, a 319-unit apartment complex in Naperville, is being purchased by a Philadelphia real estate firm for $66.7 million.
According to Chicago Real Estate Daily, the complex, located at 504 Chamberlain Lane, was built in 1997 and renovated in 2009.
“Grand Reserve is one of the most expensive apartment complexes in the Chicago suburbs, with net rents of $1.57 per square foot,” according to the article.
