The development comes with a $200,000 donation to use toward affordable housing.

NAPERVILLE, IL — During a meeting that lasted past midnight Tuesday, the Naperville City Council approved a luxury apartment complex in CityGate Centre. The approved development comes as Naperville struggles with a lack of affordable housing.
